Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns on La Loui Mari purchases. 

• Additional standard delivery fee applies on return of the whole order. 
• Items can be returned within 28 days of delivery for all FULL Price items, if the return conditions specified below are met. All sale items are FINAL and CANNOT be returned or exchanged. 
• We cannot accept returns 28 days after you have received the items.

RETURN EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

La Loui Mari accepts returns of UNUSED items by mail within 28 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be in original selling condition with all tags attached.

The following items will NOT be accepted:

• Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed returns or anything La Loui Mari believes has been used.
• Briefs, bodysuits and swimsuits that have been tried on in direct skin contact. 
• Hosiery items if their package has been opened.
• Any personalized or monogrammed items.
• Discounted or sale items.
• Gift Certificates.

Returns that do not comply with the La Loui Mari returns policy will not be accepted and are sent back to the customer.
